Within 48 hours of your first message, you get a written summary of what we heard, what we think the real problem is, and a suggested next step. No waiting weeks for a discovery call.
Amelia handles every engagement directly. No handoffs to a junior, no account manager in the middle. You talk to the person doing the thinking.
Every recommendation comes as a clear written document you can share with your team, your board, or your bank. Not a slide deck full of arrows.
Each project has a defined scope and a defined end date. You know what you are getting and when. Scope creep gets caught early and discussed openly.
Amelia Brayshaw spent a decade working inside organisations before starting Lunar Anchor Hub in 2019. She trained in systems thinking and organisational design, and spent several years as a strategy analyst at a regional infrastructure consultancy before moving into an in-house strategy role at a logistics firm. She left to build a practice that could move faster than the organisations she had worked inside. Outside of client work, she runs long distances on weekend mornings and applies the same logic to both: pace is a choice, not a circumstance.
