Terms
These terms cover browsing this site and booking a Strategy Sprint, Positioning Review, Operational Audit or Quick Consult through it. They're deliberately short, and using the site means you've accepted them.
The frameworks, case write-ups and photography here are Lunar Anchor Hub's own work unless credited otherwise. Reading and linking is fine; lifting whole sections into a commercial product needs our written consent first.
The service descriptions and indicative pricing on this site are kept current in good faith, but the figure or timeline that actually governs your engagement is the one confirmed directly with Amelia, not whatever's on the page that day.
What Lunar Anchor Hub delivers — Sprint, Review, Audit or Consult, over what timeline, for what fee — is set case by case after the scoping call. The site explains the services; the actual agreement is a separate, direct step.
To the extent the law allows, Lunar Anchor Hub is not liable for indirect losses from using this site, and we don't answer for the content of third-party sites we happen to link to.
As Lunar Anchor Hub's services or working practices shift, these terms get updated to match — the version on this page is always the one in force, and a material change carries a new date.
These terms sit under Japanese law, reflecting where Lunar Anchor Hub and Amelia are actually based, rather than wherever a visitor happens to be reading from.
Questions about these terms, or how a Sprint or Audit is actually scoped, go to hello@lunar-anchor-hub.com — Amelia reads and answers every message herself.
Lunar Anchor Hub is registered at 2-4-2 Minami-Rokugo, Ota City, Tokyo 144-0045, Japan. A dispute that can't be settled directly between us falls to the courts with jurisdiction over that address.
Filling in the enquiry form for a Strategy Sprint, Positioning Review, Operational Audit or Quick Consult opens a conversation with Amelia — it doesn't commit either of us to anything. The engagement itself only exists once scope and fee are set down in writing.
Where the site lists indicative pricing for a Strategy Sprint, Positioning Review or Operational Audit, the written agreement for a specific engagement is what actually governs the work delivered, its timeline, and its fee — the site is a starting point, not the contract.
Fees are invoiced on the schedule set out in the written agreement, typically on acceptance and on completion of agreed milestones. Work on an engagement may pause if an invoice goes unpaid past its due date.
Once an engagement is paid in full, the documents produced specifically for you — sprint outputs, positioning briefs, audit findings — are yours to use internally. The frameworks and methods behind them remain ours.
An illness, an outage, or another disruption genuinely outside either side's control can push back a scoping call or an Audit deliverable — that delay itself isn't something either of us is liable for. If it hits a live engagement, Amelia will let you know as soon as she can and agree a new timeline.
If a specific clause here turns out unenforceable somewhere, the rest of the agreement keeps running — that clause gets swapped for the closest workable equivalent rather than voiding the whole thing.
Frameworks and recommendations delivered under an engagement are tailored to what was agreed in writing at the time. General material published on this site is not a substitute for that agreed work and should not be relied on as one.
If Lunar Anchor Hub refers you to another consultant or specialist because a request falls outside what we do, that referral is offered in good faith and does not make us responsible for the work of the party we referred you to.
