This page explains what Amelia and Lunar Anchor Hub actually collect when you book a Strategy Sprint, a Positioning Review, an Operational Audit, or a Quick Consult, and what happens to it afterwards. Short version: barely anything, and none of it gets sold or traded.
What we hold is what you type into the enquiry form or the "Visit us" tab: your name, an email to reply to, and a note on what you'd like from a Strategy Sprint or Operational Audit. There's no client login and no profile building up in the background.
What you tell us is used to work out whether a Strategy Sprint, Positioning Review or Operational Audit fits your situation, and to reply to whatever you asked. It isn't run through any scoring tool, and it isn't shared for anyone's marketing.
Lunar Anchor Hub runs no analytics or ad pixels. The one thing your browser keeps is a flag remembering you dismissed the cookie banner; clear it in your browser settings and the banner just comes back.
Nobody outside Lunar Anchor Hub gets your enquiry details from us — not a partner, not an affiliate, not as anonymised aggregate. The one exception is a lawful order we're not permitted to refuse.
An enquiry sits in the inbox for as long as the conversation about your Sprint, Review or Audit is live, then gets cleared once it closes — unless a tax or legal record requirement means keeping the invoicing trail longer.
Want to see what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Write to hello@lunar-anchor-hub.com. There's no fee and no separate form — Amelia handles these requests directly.
Enquiry threads and the notes tied to a Strategy Sprint or Operational Audit sit in a mailbox only Amelia and the small Lunar Anchor Hub team can open — nobody else has access.
This page is about lunar-anchor-hub.com and the enquiries it collects; if any part of it is unclear, or you want to ask about a specific Sprint or Audit, write to hello@lunar-anchor-hub.com.
Lunar Anchor Hub is based at 2-4-2 Minami-Rokugo, Ota City, Tokyo 144-0045, Japan. A formal written request that email genuinely can't reach should go there.
The 30-minute scoping call, and any Strategy Sprint or Operational Audit session that follows, is booked through an ordinary calendar tool and run over an ordinary video-call service — chosen to run the session, not to profile whoever's on the call.
Email, the scheduling tool and the video-call service Lunar Anchor Hub relies on are all hosted outside Japan. We only route your details through providers that meet the cross-border transfer safeguards Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI, 個人情報保護法) sets for that.
This policy is written around the APPI. Raise a request under it with hello@lunar-anchor-hub.com first; if that leaves you unsatisfied, Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (個人情報保護委員会, ppc.go.jp) is the next step.
Should a data incident ever touch your Sprint or Audit correspondence, Amelia will tell you directly and, where the law requires it, notify the Personal Information Protection Commission without sitting on it.
Strategy Sprint, Positioning Review, Operational Audit and Quick Consult are commissioned by business owners and leadership teams, not by children. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Last updated 25 August 2026. A material change to how Lunar Anchor Hub handles your data gets reflected here, with the date above moving to match.
A scoping-call slot and Amelia's notes on it are kept only while your Sprint or Audit enquiry is still active or freshly closed, then cleared on the same schedule as the rest of that correspondence.
Access, correction and deletion requests get a reply well inside the period Japanese law allows for them — in practice, Amelia usually turns these around within a few business days.
